Unlockd is an independent, founder-led studio based in Belgrade, Serbia, founded by Temim Turkusic on 1 January 2026 and built around one idea: the person you meet is the one who does the work. It designs and builds brand identities, websites and custom software for established companies and enterprises across Europe, with the founder personally doing the work on every project and never more than 2 projects a month.

Two failures kept repeating across studios. Unlockd was built in Belgrade to avoid both.

Why Unlockd exists
I kept seeing the same two failures. Studios that won projects with a brilliant founder in the pitch, then handed the work to a team the client had never met. And small studios with beautiful design and no real engineering, whose websites broke six months after launch.
I started Unlockd in Belgrade to avoid both. The founder is in every file, on every project. The engineering is real: production code on a standard stack, built to last and easy for anyone to take over.
Belgrade is one of Europe's strongest engineering hubs, and a base that lets the studio work with clients across Europe in their time zone. It isn't an outsourcing model: the person you meet is the person who builds your project.
The studio stays deliberately small. The cap on growth is my own capacity, and that's the point: it's what makes the work different.
