Privacy policy: how we handle your data

Data controller

Personal data is processed under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS no. 87/2018) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Only what you submit:

• Your name and email via the contact or audit form
• The content of your message or project request, your website address and, if you choose, a budget range
• Which page you first landed on, the referring site and any campaign (UTM) tags, attached to your enquiry so we know how you found us
• If you accept analytics cookies: anonymised browsing data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity

Use of data

• Form data is used only to reply to your request
• Analytics data is used to understand how the site performs
• No data is sold to third parties or used for advertising

Data transfers

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.; EU region) under standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.

With your consent only, analytics is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) and by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with text input masked). Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and Clarity and deletes their cookies from your browser.
