He has spent more than five years building digital products for European agencies and independent brands across a dozen industries, has shipped 50+ projects, and since founding Unlockd on 1 January 2026 has personally designed and built every client project, taking no more than 2 a month.
I started Unlockd to run the studio I always wanted to hire: one where the person you meet is the person who does the work, and where the engineering is taken as seriously as the design.
For more than five years I sat on both sides of the table, sometimes as the client, sometimes as the studio. I kept seeing the same failure: a brilliant pitch, then the work handed to a team the client never met. So I built a studio with no handoffs at all.
Today I design the brand, write the copy, build the website and ship the software myself, with AI doing the volume and me making every decision. It's why I take on no more than two projects a month.
