Bookings started arriving the day the site went live, before any advertising, and the front desk stopped being the bottleneck.
Relax Club is a body and skincare centre on Bulevar Zorana Đinđića in Belgrade, open since 2016, with certified therapists offering massage, facial and body treatments. We built its website, 24/7 booking, WhatsApp automation, AI agents, client records, online till and personalised vouchers as one system.
The challenge
Before: Every appointment went through the phone, and the schedule lived in a paper diary behind the desk.
Every booking needed a phone call or a message. Staff answered the same availability questions all day, double bookings were a constant risk, and anyone browsing at 11pm had no way to book.
Gift vouchers were handwritten, client history lived in people's heads, and there was no reliable view of what the centre earned in a week.
What we built
One system, designed and built founder-direct. A public Serbian website with the full treatment menu, prices, packages and a blog.
A 24/7 booking flow that reads real therapist availability, assigns the right therapist and confirms by email with a calendar invite. Clients can cancel online without calling, and the freed slot goes straight back on sale.
WhatsApp connected through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so confirmations and reminders reach clients where they already talk, automatically.
AI agents built into the daily workflow, working alongside the team inside the same system.
A client records database with every visit and treatment, an online till for payments and daily takings, and work tracking for the team.
Gift vouchers generated automatically as personalised PDFs, filled with the buyer's and recipient's details, with code verification at the desk.
